We have an exciting new role available for a Pricing Analyst to join our team at Atlanta MGA; our rapidly growing personal lines underwriting team here at Atlanta Group. It’s the perfect opportunity for someone looking to progress with a fast growing company and make their mark on shaping our pricing models.

As Pricing Analyst you will help monitor our portfolio and deliver innovative pricing solutions. You’ll use a blend of predictive analytics and commercial acumen to distil key trends and identify pricing actions. You’ll contribute to the profitability of the products by meeting loss ratio targets and protecting capacity providers’ financial results by balancing product volume and profitability.

With a collaborative approach you’ll support the design, development and implementation of a robust and innovative performance monitoring framework as well as conducting frequent trend analysis and contributing to bespoke modelling exercises.

You’ll work closely with teams to understand risk appetite, product development and innovation as well as ensuring product performance dynamics are suitably captured and fed back in technical models.

You’ll have:

  • Knowledge of predictive modelling techniques including GLM and GBM and / or ML techniques
  • Experience using WTW Emblem and Radar software including the build and development of Radar models
  • Knowledge of UK Personal Lines Insurance markets
  • Degree or at least 2/3 years of experience in a similar role
